Free at Last
After serving 23 days of her 45-day sentence (22 days were cut off for good behavior, probably the first and last time that phrase was used about her), Paris Hilton was released from jail to the the relief of absolutely no one. Seriously, Paris, it felt like the world was just a bit cleaner with you behind bars. And we don't mean behind bars serving drinks at a club. Still, jail was hardly you at your worst. Let's see what the worst was, shall we?

Paris' Assets
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize something was different about Paris Hilton when she stepped out to the clubs this week. We're waiting for her publicist's explanation, "It's just a push-up bra." Oh, RIGHT.

A Real Role Model
Paris Hilton dropped out of high school (she later got her GED), but she never had a problem getting work. In 2000, Paris signed with Donald Trump's modeling agency, starting a career of working with just about every agency and designer there is. But hard work? That's not OUR Paris, is it?

Paris Hilton and
Nicole RichieParis Hilton and Nicole Richie had so much in common ... famous parents, tons of money, no real jobs .... They were the best of friends, and nothing could split them apart ... right?

'The Simple Life'
We're still not exactly sure why we watched, but we weren't the only ones. When 'The Simple Life' first premiered on Fox, the show blew away everyone's expectations. It didn't last long, though ... who would have thought that Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie insulting people might get old?

Negative Press
Considering most of Paris Hilton's press is negative, we guess that she proves the old saying that any press is good press. Between a certain Internet video and her breakup with Nicole Richie (though we think they're friends again ... depends on the hour of the day), Paris isn't exactly in the gossip rags for charity or adopting kids.

'House of Wax'
As Paris Hilton continued trying everything once, she gave acting a shot in 'House of Wax,' a horror movie that no one remembers ever existed. She did win a few awards at the MTV Movie Awards and Teen Choice Awards, though. That's got to be a real honor.

Paris Hilton's
Commercial WorkWhen movie-acting proved to not be working out, Paris Hilton gave commericial work a try. This included a Carl's Jr. ad for cheeseburgers, where she draped herself over a car and took big, messy bites out of whatever she was trying to sell. We still can't think of cheeseburgers without wanting to hurl.

Paris Hilton --
The CartoonChalk this one up as gossip for now, but there might be plans in the works for Paris Hilton, Nicky Hilton and Paris' dog Tinkerbell to star in a cartoon. What's that? Oh, right ... the world should be ending momentarily.

Paris' 'Paris'
In her self-titled debut 'Paris' (like she'd pick any other name), Paris Hilton proved that if you can't act, can't do commercials and can't do TV, you might as well give music a try. The single 'Stars Are Blind' actually did pretty well at first, but we're still convinced that's because people were requesting it as a joke.

Club Paris
Given how much time Paris Hilton spends in clubs, it was only natural for someone to sponser her. Unfortunately, Paris ended up being fired from her own club for not partying. Let's repeat that: She was getting paid to show up and have fun, and she couldn't do that, despite going to other clubs for free. Did anyone else's mind just get blown?

Paris, Paris
Paris Hilton has perfected the art of being famous for ... well, for being famous. For no real reason, the spotlight hit her and the paparazzi never looked back. Did we figure out why by going through her life? ... Nope, but it sure was ... OK, not fun, but eye-opening.
