INSTRUCTIONS

If you've never played a traditional first-person shooter or multiplayer game (noob) no worries. Here are a few basic tips to get you on your way and hopefully keep you from being eliminated!

How Do You Play?

It's easy, all you have to do is download the FireChild Multiplayer software and install it on your PC. Be sure you SAVE the file and not RUN the file prior to downloading. After you've downloaded the file, just double-click it and follow the instructions to install.

What Do You Need to Play?

You'll need the following things to do virtual battle in the 'Tournament of the Ancients':

• A PC running Windows
• A broadband connection
• A Mouse & Keyboard
• 30MB of Hard drive space
• A bunch of free time

Game Types

Deathmatch

It's every man (or woman) for themselves in this game mode. The rules are simple, try to eliminate as many players as you can, without being eliminated yourself. The key is to keep moving and use cover wisely.

Team Deathmatch

In this game mode, you team up with a few other players to eliminate the other team of players. The key to this game is to work out a strategy and always watch your buddy's back. The team with the most eliminations wins.

Capture the Flag

You and your team must find and bring back the other team's flag (oval object) without getting caught. They key to this game is creating a diversion and covering the person who has the flag. You might also consider having a guard remain at your flag base.
