'High School Musical'
Some people might say 'High School Musical' is too new to be a classic yet. To those people we say get your head in the game already! 'HSM' has all the classics: cliques of jocks, drama people and nerds; two stars of different groups coming together in love; and an ending that could only happen in a musical. It's 'Grease' without the pregancy scare, basically.

'The Breakfast Club'
Each one of us is a brain, an athlete, a basket-case, a princess and a criminal. (Well, maybe not the last one, but we're on-board with the point). We've never really been in a detention like 'The Breakfast Club' (and never want to be), but at least we'll still say hello in the hallway on Monday. And that's really the best you can hope for in high school.

'Ferris Bueller's Day Off'
Granted, Ferris spends the entire movie out of school, but there's really no better movie about the subject of breaking free from it than this. We may not be the sausage king of Chicago, but we even learned a thing or two about lightening up from a VERY young Matthew Broderick. Oh, 'Ferris Bueller's Day Off,' we'd watch you just for Sloane.

Mean Girls
Possible one of the best school movies, EVER. Talk about taking the high school stereotypes to a WHOLE new level. Not to mention, 'Mean Girls,' is where we first got to see future leading lady, Rachel McAdams (as queen bee Regina George). Also, this was before Lindsay Lohan became a party-too-much skeletor. We miss Cady Heron.

'Grease'
This might be more guilty pleasure than anything, but when those songs come on, you know every word. Sandy gets tough, Danny joins the track team and both drive off into the sky together. The ending might have thrown us a bit, but you can't deny that 'Grease' is the one that you want ... who who who, honey.
