Top Honor Tush
Not only is Orlando Bloom handsome, but have you checked out the man's tush? He has the finest butt in all of Isengard! We don't think Orlando does anything to work out his butt specifically, but regardless, we are still HUGE fans. Whatever you're doing, Orlando... keep it up!

Perfect Pecs
Is there anything that's not perfect when it comes to Matthew McConaughey? If we had to choose one thing that's our favorite it would be his pecs. When he's not running over rocks and through streams to keep his muscles guessing and growing, he uses uneven stances and uneven loads in the gym.

Soft Manly Hands
Believe it or not, girls like guys with nice hands and Nick Lachey has some of the best in the biz. Although this isn't really a workout thing (it's more genetics), we love how strong his hands look and how soft his skin appears. If your hands look nice, girls are more likely to want to hold 'em. (Take notes, guys.)

Admirable Arms
There are several celebs with beautifully tone arms, but Jennifer Garner tops our list. Jennifer works out as many days a week as she can, but no less than five. She does a combination of cardio and weight circuits, then even more cardio to keep the heart rate up. She also does a lot of stretching.

No one can forget this backless dressHilary Swank wore on the red carpet at last year's Oscars. After pumping up for her role in 'Million Dollar Baby,' Hilary flaunted her strong, curvaceous back. Outrageous Abs
Fergie has a rock solid bod and we are especially addicted to her outrageous abs. Seriously. You could wash laundry on that washboard tummy. Apparently, Fergie learned her best ab exercises from the 'Basic Ab Workout for Dummies' tape and has done them religiously for the past two years.

Kickass Calves
It's a tough call, but if we had to choose just one part of Uma Thurman's incredible figure to steal, we'd walk off with those perfect calves. Uma used martial arts and sword training skills that she picked up on the set of 'Kill Bill' to bounce back into shape after the birth of her child.

Arms of Steel
Brad Pitt's arms make us drool. He is able to shape his body into whatever he wants depending on the role he is playing. In the movie, 'Troy,' Brad gained about 10 pounds of brawn. His days included two to three hours in the gym, two additional hours of sword work and four high-protein, low-carb meals.

Back Atcha
This 'Desperate Housewives' star can take off his shirt and mow our lawns any day. No joke. Jesse Metcalfe has the hottest back on Wisteria Lane. And let's just say for the record that his butt didn't look too shabby in that red thong in 'John Tucker Must Die.' We don't know what his workout is, but we hope he doesn't quit it.
