Not So Posh Anymore
Although Baby Spice was always our favorite of the Spice Girls, we have to admit that we loved Posh Spice back in the day. But now Posh (Victoria Beckham) looks as though she has had WAY too much work done. We just worry if she keeps this up she may start looking Michael Jackson-ish and eventually lose her hubby, David Beckham. Actually, keep at the plastic surgery, Vic. We'd love for David to be single (wink, wink).

Two New Friends
There was one thing that we admired about Paris Hilton: Despite her small chest, she was still confident about herself. Now, we have nothing to cling on to ... well, OK, we have two things. (Sorry, we know we're sick.) It's not even a matter of did she or didn't she have plastic surgery, since the proof is hard to hide.

We suspect that Britney Spears has had some serious work done over the years ... apparently we aren't alone. Her chest size has always been a cause for concern -- we think she possibly had implants. Now she is sporting serious abs and the tabloids are crying foul. Did Brit indulge in some lipo to get her smokin' stomach back into shape?

It's difficult for people NOT to assume that you've had work done when you've been in the public eye since you were infants. Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen went from round and full to thin and pointy in the nose: pretty hard to hide, ladies. They have even been under fire from the tabloids over having fake teeth and their intense weight loss. What's next?

Under the Knife?
Fergie is like a chameleon to us. She has a rockin' bod, but her face always looks different. We know that she has a rough past with drugs and that can certainly take a toll on your appearance. Rumors have been swirling about whether or not she has gone under the knife, but we have no reason to believe she has. From old photos to pictures in the present, she doesn't look much different to us.

Gwen Stefani, along with other celebrities like Madonna, has been accused of not aging. Weird thing to be accused of, huh? Perhaps our lovely Gwen has found the fountain of youth: either that, or botox. She told several magazines that she would consider it down the line, but she hasn't said anything about whether she has had anything done up until now. Think she has?

Big Changes
So we know she went from blond to brunette, normal to ultra-thin and then had new chompers put on, but has Hilary Duff had more work than that? She has been seen recently wearing strapless dresses and looking awfully busty (not that we're complaining). Has Hilary gone from sweet, innocent girl to a teen obsessed with her appearance? Tough question

A New Xtina
From baby to blond bombshell, Christina Aguilera looks completely different from when her career started. Sure, she was young, and perhaps her face and body have matured, but come on! Not only is her nose much thinner, but her cheek bones are much more defined and her chin is more prominent. We love Christina, but we definitely think she's had some work done.

Homegrown Hottie
Ryan Seacrest joked with Kellie Pickler on 'American Idol' this season when she returned, about Kellie buying more than just shoes. We can't imagine what he might have been referring to ... hmmm. Petite and homegrown Kelly has gone Hollywood glam with a super-curvy bod. Now, perhaps she had on a super push-up bra, but we don't think so.

Still Growing
We know Lindsay Lohan has an enormous amount of issues, but we also think she has breast implants. Shocker, eh? Don't even act like you're surprised. Sure, she has matured and a growing chest is part of that, but whoa ... those things grew pretty quickly. You may disagree, but we'd have to say that this trainwreck has had some work done on the rails.

Super Nosey
At the beginning of Ashlee Simpson's career we loved that she really distinguished herself from her sister. She wasn't concerned with looks and she had edge to her songs. She was out of the scene for awhile, then came back with a whole new softer look ... and nose. We think she looks cute, but worry that she lost that individual identity that we loved.

We just hope she doesn't go back to her trainwreck ways and add more scars to her already plentiful collection. Tara, enough already ... OK?

Jessica Simpson confuses us greatly. We know that she was a busty girl to begin with, but recently she looks even bigger. Is that possible? Maybe it's because she has gone from sweet homemaker to all-out-there biker chick. How can you not look? Maybe she liked her sis' nose, because hers is looking a lot thinner recently, too.
