Sexy Six-Pack Abs
Guys, if you want sexy six-pack abs this summer, you need to commit to working on it. Find a flat, padded surface and concentrate on doing different types of crunches that focus on different areas of "the core" -- the entire stomach. In order to get the definition, you will need to do some crunches while turning your upper body. Make a commitment to five minutes of crunches at least two to three times a week.

Tone Tummy
Just like the guys, the ladies need to make a commitment of doing crunches at least five minutes two to three times a week in order to sculpt a tone tummy. Instead of tight abs, women like elongated muscles, so when you do your crunches, try keeping your legs extended. One of the best exercises is to bring your upper body into a crunch and either pretend you are biking with your feet or kicking lightly back and forth while keeping your legs straight. Give it a try.

Building Up Your Biceps
This is one of the easiest parts of your body to work on, guys. Do push-ups to keep your arms toned and healthy, then incorporate weights in order to build muscle. Continue increasing the weight of your dumbbells to build larger and stronger muscles. The best exercise for concentrating on just the bicep area is a curl. With arms in front of the body with palms out holding the weights, bend your arms at the elbow to bring the weights to your chest.

Strong Arms
Push-ups and reverse push-ups tone your shoulders, biceps and triceps, so they are our favorite choice for tone arms. If you feel as though you need a little extra, buy some five or ten pound dumbbells and do some simple arm exercises. You can also try pilattes or yoga which help to strengthen and elongate the muscles. If you are more of an intense girl, you make benefit from boxing, which is sure to get your arms into shape fast.

Too Much Love
Love handles are an issue for a lot of us, and it's sometimes confusing to try and figure out how to just work on that section of our bodies. Your love handles can be maintained by eating healthily and doing cardiovasular exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. If you still want more definition, do crunches side to side by twisting, or while standing, hold weights in each hand and just lean to each side while keeping your stomach tight.

Dreaded Muffin Top
Yes, love handles are known by many names, but muffin top is our favorite. Just like guys, this is a problem for girls too. Cardiovascular work-outs and eating healthily are the best ways to keep this area lean. In addition, you can do specific crunches that focus on the area, and twist while using dumbbells, bending to each side to tighten the muscles and give you more of the hourglass figure you want. It's all about balancing your workout routine.

Pep Up Your Pecs
Push-ups will only get you so far when trying to increase the size of your pecs. If you are looking to build muscle (because let's be honest, no one likes man boobs), then join a gym where you can use their free weights, or invest in weights of your own. Lay flat on your back with your arms extended to the side and raise them straight over your chest without bending your arms. This will strengthen your chest, shoulders and the center of your back. Also, any kind of rowing motion is going to strengthen these muscles.

Tone Your Tush
It's tough to isolate your butt muscles because nearly every butt exercise also involves thigh muscles. Give your cheeks a little pick-me-up with some simple exercises that will tone that area. No one likes to see a flabby butt hangin' out of a swimsuit, right? Work on doing lunges, both forward and backwards, and then to the side. Lunges are the best way to tone a tush. Do this five minutes two to three times a week. Once lunges become easy, hold dumbbells in your hands while you lunge. Stairs are also your bestfriend when working on that tush.

Target Your Tri's
There are a bunch of different ways to target your triceps, though while you are working on other muslces in your arm you are probably also getting this one. Try reverse push-ups to really feel the burn in your tri's. You can also lower and raise yourself by placing your palms behind you on the edge of the chair. Or try holding a weight with your arm bent, then extend your arm behind you to isolate your tricep and make it stronger.

Get a Leg Up
The best thing for legs and your body as a whole is cardiovascular workouts (we know you just cringed). If you hate running, try something else that will get your heart rate up, like kick-boxing, dancing or aerobics. If you want to just focus on the legs, make sure you choose an exercise with a lot of lunges, kicking and pressing using your legs, and focusing on each muscle.
